Job Summary :
The ERP Business Lead will be accountable to configure and customize the ERP application and processes to give a coherent, integrated real-time view of the production, order processing and inventory to meet the business needs. This position will be responsible for the overall system configurations and ensure the configuration of the functional modules for the manufacturing operations that enable the designed business processes. The position will develop functional and technical specification and solution documents. The ERP Business Lead will also interact with the different internal stakeholders across Bath Fitter to understand and validate the business requirements. This position involves leading a team and helping them prioritize and coordinate efforts.

Tasks and Responsabilities :
Partner with customers to document and validate their business requirements, map them to solution functionality and configure/customize the ERP application and processes;
Perform and review system configurations such as Inventory Management, Production and Scheduling, Operations and Sales and other related to the manufacturing operations;
Develop functional and technical specification and solution documents;
Provide stakeholders with as needed consulting and general assistance and be a ‘go-to’ resource for specific functional areas, promoting a comprehensive, real-time understanding of business activities in the front office, in factories and warehouses;
Contribute to the solutions repository/best practices and knowledge share activities and participate in Subject Matter Expert programs;
Fully own the delivery process for value-added ERP enhancements, executing all steps from discovery, initiation, requirements gathering, documentation, solution design, configuration, training and rollout;
Facilitate the collection of business requirements, understand, analyze and translate them into ERP application requirements, configurations and/or customization specifications;
Design and fully document business processes;
Match business requirements with native ERP features and functions; responsible to deliver overall ERP business solution with incumbent ERP (e.g., D365 Finance and Operations);
Execute unit testing and drive all aspects of user acceptance testing for solutions delivered;
Perform rollout and training activities to fully integrate a new solution into the manufacturing operations.

Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
4 to 6 years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst, implementation consultant or equivalent.
ERP implementation experience with manufacturing, production, finance and accounting, payables, receivables, invoicing, procurement and project accounting modules.
Strong knowledge of core ERP enabled business cycles including order to cash, procure to pay, record to report accounting, order management, production planning cycles.
Ability to link business process to ERP solutions, setup and configuration, with full understanding of their financial accounting impact.
Functional, technical, implementation and leadership skills
Previous ERP Project management expertise is an asset
Manufacturing experience is an asset
Formal Accounting education or equivalent Certifications/Education in Finance is an asset
MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (Fandamp;O) or Business Central experience preferred; or in-depth expertise in equivalent mid to high range ERPs such as SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Visio.

Able to prioritize, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Autonomous, sense of initiative and a high sense of organization.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, in both English and French.
Aptitude for team work.
