The basics of a Compensation & HRIS Analyst: Hybrid/Flexible schedule.Exempt role. What you’ll do as a Compensation & HRIS Analyst: CompensationSupport development and administration of compensation programs aligned with our overall company and total rewards strategy.Interviews and surveys employees and managers to gather and document job, organizational, and occupational information including duties, responsibilities, and skills required by each job.Prepare and maintain job descriptions for each position in the organization; ensuring descriptions accurately reflect the work being performed and have accurate FLSA classifications.Benchmark jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position.Audit and update compensation structures, plans, and jobs in compensation planning tools.Support compensation and talent budget planning, including maintaining plan documents and signed agreements, and annual merit increase cycle administration.Create total compensation statements and provide to employees.Assist in commission calculations and other incentive payouts.Participate in relevant total rewards related surveys.Coordinate off budget approval processHR Systems & ReportingProvide administration support for all HR technology systems including HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Performance, Time and Attendance, and Recruiting.Support people analytics reporting with research, ad-hoc report generation, and analysis.Administer and ensure compliance with applicable government reporting regulations and requirements including ACA, EEOC, 941 Tax Filings, 5500 (401k and Medical Plan), ACP/ADP 401k testing, etc.GeneralSupport other functions including payroll reporting and auditing, and employee programs and events as needed.Identify and recommend improvement opportunities for current HR processes and programs.Complete compliance and career development training as assigned.Other duties as assigned.
Must haves for a Compensation & HRIS Analyst: Skills including Communication, Relationship Building, Attention to Detail, Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Advanced Excel3-5 years in compensation and HR technology administrationBachelor’s Degree in a business-related field.
