A client in the Nashville, TN area is looking for an IT Service Technician to join their team. This position will be responsible for working with all aspects of the company's Information Technology systems to support 1000 users in multiple locations. They will impact the speed of which inbound tickets are touched, triaged, escalated and resolved. They will independently manage and maintain a queue of support tickets and have all items addressed based on priority, severity level and service level agreements. They will be responsible for managing and maintaining proper inventory levels of IT equipment (computers, monitors, accessories, toner, etc), and diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in an efficient and timely manner. Maintain and deploy workstation images with a focus on efficiency and high customer satisfaction. They will deploy and manage mobile devices and also work with Windows Server, Active Directory and Group Policy, and also participate in IT projects such as system refreshes, network upgrades, server implementations and application rollouts.

2-3 years in IT
Skilled in Windows 10 (basic troubleshooting, index rebuilding will be the most complex piece, but mostly just basic troubleshooting)
Understanding over iOS (basic troubleshooting)
Setting up devices, troubleshooting windows, setting up office products, and speak to customers
