We are currently hiring for a Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create, develop, and build infrastructure stacks on cloud using IAC tools like Terraform.
- Collaborate with the Product and Engineering team to deploy applications and deep learning solutions into sophisticated and relevant production systems.
- Engage with engineering leads in order to optimize the pipeline (build process, dependencies, integrations with Sonar, artifact deployment), and translate it to Azure DevOps.
- Respond and resolve service problems. Build tools and solutions to prevent problem re-occurrence.
- Shown experience on leading and configuring the continuous build and deployment pipelines in Azure Devops.
- Work with the technical leadership team and key partners to develop and implement production release and hotfix deployment strategy for the group.
- Knowledge on the cloud security concepts and ensure the security is on cloud is implemented.
- Comes with hands-on experience on the system and application monitoring using Grafana, Kibana, Loki tools, SolarWinds & Nagios.
What You'll Bring to Vivvix
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experienced in designing and implementing applications on AWS & Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Experienced in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub actions and Jenkins.
- Expert level proficiency with at least one programming/scripting language such as Python, Golang, Groovy or Bash (Shell)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills – desire to take on sophisticated problems at scale.
- Experience in the day-to-day usage and troubleshooting of Linux based operating systems such as RHEL, CentOS or Ubuntu and Windows.
- Experience with automation using Ansible scripts.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Experience in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS & EKS).
- Experience with the adoption of robust, scalable monitoring solutions using Elasticsearch, FluentD, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana , Kubernetes lens etc.

The salary range for this role in New York State is $ 118,700.00 – 197,900.00 USD Annual. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
