Job Description


The Opportunity:


As a Marketing Technology Analyst, you will help with the coordination and daily management of marketing tools and platforms used by the marketing department. Reporting to the Marketing Technology Manager, you will coordinate the efforts  between marketing and third-party contractors, consultants and internal IT staff to complete projects according to plan. You will work with management and marketing channels to establish a project's goals and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.


The Day-to-Day:


  • Help with all marketing projects from initial design through deployment completion
  • Establish project scope, goals and deliverables that support our goals in collaboration with senior management and partners
  • Help with creation, implementation, and testing of new digital experiences
  • Help with ongoing monitoring and enhancements of platforms/tools in the Marketing technology stack, including cross platform integrations and managing technical vendors
  • Communicate business enhancements and modifications – verbally or through written documentation – to senior management, peers, staff and other employees so that issues and solutions are understood
  • Work with IT staff or third-party vendor to coordinate time estimates, prioritization, requirements and implementation schedules
  • Capture and document requirements for system enhancements from global marketing team
  • Conduct trainings and provide technical expertise and support for global marketing
  • Ensure quality, uptime and accuracy of tech stack 



  • 2+ years of professional experience in marketing technology or IT; Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics, digital content management and marketing automation tools
  • Ability to write and troubleshoot JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • Familiarity with web debugging tools, CMS, Analytics, A/B testing tools, TMS, Manual/Automated QC, Ad Tech platforms (Facebook for Business, Google Adwords)
  • Familiarity with Excel, macros, and SQL scripting/editing
  • U.S. candidates must be fully vaccinated as defined by the medical community against COVID-19 and provide proof of such vaccination by date of hire
