As Business Analyst you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
 
•    Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly forecasting for multiple sites

•    Budgeting multiple sites

•    Monthly Closing and production of Monthly, Quarterly , YTD Variance reports for multiple sites

•    Forecast monthly Sales Targets for multiple sites

•    Preparing monthly financial reviews for multiple sites

•    Monitors tour grids , daily slots availability and bookings, wave performance, program performance, sales table capacity, tours per Sales Executive, tours per Sales Leader, call outs and overflow statistics

•    Work closely with local market and Sales team to balance slots requirements and tour forecasts

•    Communicate policy changes and updates to related departments

•    Responsible for creating and organizing work flow & SOP

•    Analyze inventory mix, availability of inventory, pricing, promotion and FDI strategy

•    Cost analysis for Sales and Marketing departments to improve efficiency

•    Develop and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports and ensure that the integrity of the reports is maintained

•    Develop and administer timely reporting schedules to support management and the business strategy

•    Monitor evolving needs of the business by leveraging opportunities for efficiencies in reporting and analyzing the results

•    Prepare ad hoc analysis and reporting for areas of the business

•    Automate and enhance the reporting structure as needed

•    Implement and utilize new reporting systems to provide more accurate and timely tracking methods for reporting data

•    Cross-train within departmental areas

•    Interact with all departments and management to compile and maintain the integrity of the data 

•    Perform special projects as assigned by management

Qualifications

•    2 years of relevant experience

•    Ability to effectively communicate

•    Strong analytical skills 

•    Ability to set priorities and handle multiple requests 

•    Attention to detail and follow-up skills 

•    Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

•    BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
  
 
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

•    3 years of relevant experience

•    Proficient in Microsoft Access, Oracle and Cognos
