Job Description


  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to design innovative reporting capabilities and dashboards that provide key insights into KPI’s
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to gain actionable insights and answer critical business questions for key stakeholders
  • Develop dashboards in data visualization tools to provide clients and internal teams with real-time visibility into the performance of their marketing investments
  • Collaborate with internal data consumers and stakeholders to uncover needs, customize analytics solutions, implement updates, and troubleshoot issues
  • Conducts interviews to gather stakeholder requirements via workshops, interviews, surveys, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods
  • Translate conceptual stakeholder requirements into functional business requirements
  • Work along-side data engineers to source data, remedy data quality issues, and fulfill analytics requests
  • Work end-to-end across BCGs data pipeline to blend data, implement new features, solve technical issues, and stand up new data analytics processes or products
  • Act as an analytics BI SME and effectively coach BI users to leverage the technologies to the fullest.
  • Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements so that issues and solutions are understood
  • Provide recommendations on updating business intelligence tools or processes
  • Identify and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics


  • Solving complex problems using analytical thinking
  • Managing a visual analytics project through the entire lifecycle; including requirements gathering, persona development, data storytelling, and visual design best practices
  • Translating learnings and data into comprehensive and easy to understand stories
  • Communicating complex data in simple, actionable ways
  • Taking ambiguous requests and turning into tangible outcomes
  • Building analytical reports and dashboards
  • Influencing others, driving agreement, and building a community around analytics
  • Working with statistical concepts and has strong mathematical skills
  • Presenting technical findings in a non-technical way to non-technical audiences


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field
  • 3+ of analytical experience, preferably within marketing
  • Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amount of information with great attention to detail
  • Experience working with SQL or alongside SQL / BI developers or data engineers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in developing dashboards in BI/Visualization tools, visualizing data, and creating reports, Tableau proficiency preferred
