This company is a rapidly growing start up based in downtown Boston. They recently secured $70 million in Series C funding this year. They build software to help engineering organizations measure their software development efforts and improve strategic decision-making through an AI and Machine Learning platform. Essentially, this lets engineering leaders understand where their team needs additional support/resources so they can set realistic expectations and maximize efficiency. This role requires you to come on site to their office in Boston. Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer
• Previous experience in engineering or previously in product. +data visualization, +design systems (ant design systems)
• Strong portfolio that clearly shows your design process

• Ability to work in a faced paced environment
