Senior Project Manager, Integration – RH

Position Summary:

The Senior Project Manager, Integration is responsible for leading IT and BU IT teams to deliver project(s) relating to business acquisitions, divestitures or projects. Manage resources, schedules, financials and adhere to stage gate, quality and project control guidelines throughout the Integration life cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks and change requests to ensure successful and on-time program or project delivery. Contribute to continuous improvement processes and initiatives to facilitate and enhance new business acquisition, divestitures and projects.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives and workstreams that span one or multiple business units or departments
  • Provide on-site leadership for project teams by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, responsibilities and project milestones
  • Develop and manage all aspects of the project and program engagement from planning, designs, communications, resources, vendors, budgets, changes, risks and issues
  • Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
  • Manage all aspects of multiple related projects ensuring the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of the strategic objectives
  • Develop the plan or program to deliver the scope of services and solutions as defined by the project or Transition Services Agreement (TSA) ensuring successful transition and ongoing business operations
  • Prepare schedule estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of an acquisition, divestiture or project
  • Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned and committed timeframes
  • Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and moderates the project management team meetings
  • Functional IT acumen to support how IT solutions will address business goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices
  • Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members and stakeholders
  • Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology discipline or 10 years of experience with managing IT acquisitions
  • 8+ years of experience in IT project management, especially larger IT projects with established firms
  • Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques
  • 5+ years of experience in managing enterprise IT acquisitions, divestitures and projects and services
  • Technical understanding of all aspects of IT Infrastructure, solutions and services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability
  • Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to MS Project, PPM solution, Daptiv, JIRA, MS Excel, etc.
  • Travel – 25% travel required to support Integrations
  • This  position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • PMP certification
  • Master’s Degree
  • IT Management Experience
