Training & Professional Services (T&PS) within Boeing Global Services (BGS) F-15E Mission Training Center (F-15E MTC) is seeking a Systems Test & Evaluation Engineer to function as the Test Director and help complete the system design, integration, and test for various F-15E aircrew and maintenance-type trainers in support of the F-15E MTC program.This is a mid to senior level Test Engineering position and will require that the candidates already possess the proper security clearance at hire.Please state clearance and date granted clearly at the top of resume.Knowledge of Test process / procedure, F-15 in any variant form and basic fighter familiarity would all be considered pluses.This candidate will assist other members of the Test team in the performance of day-to-day operations in a fast-paced testing environment.Occasional domestic or international travel may be required. Off shift and weekend work may also be occasionally required to meet contractual milestones, objectives and delivery schedules.

Degree and typical experience in engineering classification: Bachelor’s and 9 or more years’ experience, Master’s with 7 or more years’ experience or PhD with 4 or more years’ experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
Knowledge: Applies extensive job practices, techniques, standards, principles, theories, and concepts. Has full knowledge of other related disciplines. Recognized as a job expert within the department/organization.
Problem Solving: Provides technical solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and creativity.
Discretion: Exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignment. Completed work is reviewed for desired results from a relatively long-term perspective.

Liaison: Represents the organization as the prime technical contact on contracts and projects. Interacts with senior external personnel on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
