Sr. Business Analyst

Position Description
CGI Federal is looking for a Senior Agile Business Analyst with proven experience who can be part of a team in a dynamic and changing environment. CGI helps clients take an enterprise approach to accelerate and maximize their return on technology investments through relevant applied innovation. A Senior Agile Business Requirements Analyst is responsible for working with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for a Salesforce based software configuration/development project and ensures the work align with the overall project goals. Working with your team of architects, developers, testers, business analysts, Security engineers, agile practitioners and alongside user experience specialists, you'll identify clients' business needs, gather user requirements. You'll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you'll guide your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you'll deliver high business value to your clients.

Position can be located Nationwide.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis, Requirement Management
• Interacts with Management and business stakeholders for the requirements and business solutions
• Should have some understanding of the Salesforce platform and capabilities
• Working with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
• Should be able to work individually or in a team setup, spread geographically.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal direct supervision
• Experience working on large federal projects/programs a plus
• Experience in auction systems a plus

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.
• Certified Agile Practitioner Certification or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analysts or in a similar role.
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
• Excellent people skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams.
• Proven ability to balance concurrent activities.

• Salesforce platform (any components)
• SAFe Agile
• Online Auction system experience

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $74,600- 130,600.
