Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sr Network Security Engineer.

In this role, the successful candidate Seasoned professional providing advanced expertise in a complex network security environment. Provides and maintains a reliable technical infrastructure to effectively serve the customer community. This will include running, maintaining, and troubleshooting various network firewalls, proxies, appliances; responding promptly and effectively to customer problems and either directly resolving the problems or escalating to the appropriate resource and monitoring its effective resolution. Works independently with limited work direction. Work is reviewed periodically and on an exception basis

Job Responsibilities:

  • Configuration/administration of PaloAlto Firewalls.
  • Configuration/administrationion of Bluecoat web proxies.
  • Configuration/administration of CyberArk Privileged Access Security System.
  • Configuration/administration of F5 LTM, ASM, APM and GTM systems.
  • Configuration/administration of Cisco ASA and Firepower IPS systems.
  • Configuration/administration of Gigamon systems.
  • Understanding of IP networking including DNS, messaging, and routing
  • Working knowledge in network security technologies (Firewalls, VPN, etc.)
  • Knowledge of networking monitoring tools and protocols
  • Conducts complete diagnostics of most business problems. Anticipates implementation obstacles.
  • Develops specifications and designs technical systems. Selects tools and methodologies for projects.
  • Commits to deliverables with customers and/or management. Meets project deadlines.
  • Has direct input to budget and resource planning. Mentors less-experienced staff with responsibility for their technical development.

Additional Position Specific Responsibilities:
Although specific certifications are not required, they are a big plus. Including:
– Cisco certifications (CCNA or higher)- Cisco, Palo Alto or Bluecoat

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Typically requires 7 or more years of experience and BA/BS degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:
