Sr. Software Developer

Here’s what we need:

At Torchy’s, technology is a key to supporting our operators and creating a Damn Good guest experience. We're looking for a Senior Developer with experience with C# and .NET that will be focused on designing and developing software solutions to support a fast-growing restaurant company.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design and develop innovative software solutions and web applications for internal use on Azure infrastructure.
• Develop custom integrations to bridge gaps between various restaurant systems and external vendors.
• Participate in analysis and design discussion.
• Test, debug, refactor custom developed code.
• Analyze business problems and provide solutions for automation.
• Evaluate existing custom developed solutions and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Assist in architecting & building a middleware solution using Azure platform & tools.
• Participate and assist in managing Data Lake & build BI dashboards.
• Work with business users and team members to clearly communicate solutions, root cause analysis, provide status updates, and estimation.

QUE-SO…here’s what you’ll need:

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Full stack development skill with 8 years’ experience with C#/.NET CORE
• 5 years’ experience with SQL Server
• Experience with Azure platform: Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Web APIs, Azure Synapse/Data Factory
• Experience with working with data warehouse/data lake is a plus
• Strong experience authoring and consuming Web APIs
• Fluent in web development and JavaScript libraries such as JQuery
• Agile methodology experience
• Experience with working with source control (GIT)
• High level website experience/maintenance is a plus

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in the hospitality industry a plus
• Smart, versatile, and passionate about delivering the best solutions to the users
• Able to work independently and interact with users directly
