*Description*

The Support Engineer must be able to diagnose and solve issues on Endpoint and Collaboration tools will be vital as the company continues to roll out and support new products to the business.

Support Engineer MUST:

1. Have an understanding of Enterprise level systems (DNS, AD, Networking, File Sharing)

2. Expertise with Windows, Office 365, Exchange, iPhones, Amazon WorkSpaces, Citrix, SCCM, and PowerShell

3. Prior work experience in the financial service industry

4. Strong Technical Acumen
